I have been a customer for 8 years and am very happy with the service and am delighted that vetsmedicover are now introducing a helpline. We have a young dog and 2 cats and it is good to know that we can call on this if we are ever unsure if anything.

I also found the tips for bonfire night helpful, although we are too late now to gradually introduce the firework noises.
