I have only recently taken out a policy with Lifetime Pet Cover so i can't say too much. Making a call and speaking to Robert though I felt very confident and happy with the decision to insure our young puppy with this fledgling company.
His experience and customer service is excellent and it's not a company who puts premiums up heavily year on year or if a claim is made.
Would definitely recommend.
