Year and my premium has doubled. I'm so disgusted with this company. I phoned to question why it has doubled and he said I s because you have claimed. Surely that's what we have insurance. I'm totally stuck paying £80 per month because my dog won't be covered anywhere else for pre existing conditions. Never never use PURELY PETS!
