Just changed from my previous pet insurer who increased my premium by £12 per month, not because of any claim, just because my very fit English springer spaniel is now 9. Anyway this insurer seemed to have clear terms and conditions including what was included and what wasn't. Good competitive price too. Documents arrived by email within minutes. As I said in the summary happy so far, can't see any negatives at all.
