We have just changed to LPC as previous insurer substantially increased premiums even though there had never been a claim by us. Found LPC to be simple and straightforward without all the cost of the added and optional extras of other insurers. I would rate the service 5/5 but have yet to submit a claim - I only hope that is as simple.
