I just switched to this Pet Company as I did not want to pay the increased premium of my previous company . I have found the level of cover I wanted very reasonable and everything is very easy to understand . I applied online and I had the policy documents within minutes, so I was very impressed with the all process. Hopefully I won't have to claim , so cannot comment on this . But it is very good value for the cover they offer.
