Have made excuses to pay out all my dogs claim,have had nothing but excuses! After the death of my dog he is meant to receive adeath benefit but advised this is for accident only don't recall this been on the small print. Avoid this company at all costs they are quick to take the the direct debit but not pay out on a claim
