Can you please advise what cover plan you had as I am considering taking out a Tesco plan.

Had exactly the same issue. Complete and utter waste of money! So invested in preventative treatments to keep the condition at bay. Then found after 12 months that it was not working ( only made two small claims in that period) but now no insurance cover for the op. The op is the really expensive part. I would have been better off saving my money and not paying the insurance. STAY CLEAR OF THIS!
