Very disappointed with this company when making a claim. Apparently they deduct 35% of the claim if your dog is over the age of 8. This was certainly not made clear to us, and not mentioned when discussing our claim on numerous occasions! It is apparently in the small print and mentioned as 'co-payment', jargon which I would not understand. Once this has been sorted and finalised we will certainly be looking elsewhere. Feel very let down by a Company which I had trusted.
