My multi pet policy has steadily increased each and every year, and I've just found out the dogs excess hiked to £245 on 8th birthday. My poor Basset 8.5 yrs old has had to have some benign cysts removed, over 2 inches in diameter, which included amputation of her tail. Only one previous claim when she was 2 yrs old. Fingers crossed they will eventually pay out, because my vet doesn't accept them and I've had to pay out over £1,000.00 !!
