I have just switched from Petplan to this company due to Petplan premiums increasing too much this time. I found lifetime pet covers website so easy to use, and very clear so I did not feel like I was being misled in anyway. When I emailed Robert with a few questions he was extremely quick to reply and very clear with his answers. I am also so pleased to see an insurance company offering cover for conditions when symptom free for 24 months. My dog also has a very mild heart murmur which does not affect him in anyway, but no insurance company will cover his heart. Although Robert could not promise this either, he gave me peace of mind that if it came to it each claim is assessed as it comes in., based on the vets history. I believe insurance is for peace of mind and I have found no other insurance offering that comfort and I am so impressed with this company for their personal approach to business
