I was a little taken a back as to how easy and personal the service was. No script read out by a call-centre robot and very quick to sort out. Better still, the only insurance I could find for my 9+yr old dog with previous medical conditions that they will cover. I hope the claims team are as easy to deal with if they're ever needed. I have recommended this service to a group of over 1400 dog owners.
