This is the most arrogant greedy rip off insurance company I've ever dealt with.

My premiums went up 213% over 2 years with relatively little in the way of claims.

I sent several emails, wrote letters which were posted signed for and ignored by all 3 addressees one of whom is apparently the Marketing and Claims Director!!

All I got was a generic letter saying they were investigating my complaint which could take 8 weeks. Very clever on their part as it meant I basically had to put up or shut up as my policy was due for renewal. If I left they clearly would do nothing so I stayed but had to reduce my level of cover .
