Just had our insurance renewal in. It has gone up by £150.00 our Dogue is only 6 and has been to the vets on a number of occasions. He is on medication for Cancer and has an under active thyroid. Surely this does not warrant an increase of this size especially with no notice. Just received the renewal notice on line. We now have to pay £260. 00 per month. This is more than a mortgage to us. We are charged £99 on every problem every year so never get all our money back. We only have to be a day late with our claim and they refuse to pay out. They are one of the worst pet insurances ever. I know they run a business but they are like locusts preying on the love of pets
