AF do everything they can not to pay out. I have twice previously tried to add a negative review to this site,but they're not appearing. I wonder why? Do AF have some influence perhaps?

As a new customer I am regretting changing to AF.... fed the same rubbish about back log of claims every time I ring to ask when I will receive payment!!!!
Will not be renewing next year, bitterly regret leaving Pet Plan!
