We took out this insurance for our puppy due to the positive reviews and good prices. All seemed fine, but sadly our puppy was killed in a RTA at 10 months. I phoned the insureres and they cancelled the policy, but unfortunately had already taken out that months insurance that morning. Please be aware we got no help with funeral costs and they don't death by accident/illness. It does say, so I should have considered these features.
