I purchased Lifetime Pet Cover via a cashback site. Disappointingly, the cashback was declined with no real explanation/investigation. However the costs were still very competitive compared with other companies. I have had to make regular claims on my policy and these have always been dealt with promptly and with no fuss. Elderly pets may incur a further deduction as well as your excess. Overall, am quite happy with this company and have renewed this year but shame about the lack of cashback which was a factor in choosing them.
