Took out a pet insurance with these people. They have refused to cover my dog for third party liability as the vet notes said "not keen on men". Somehow these insurers have managed to diagnose my dog- WITHOUT SEEING HIM as a behaviour problem. Then they excluded skin problems due to a problem he had before I had him or before my current practice dealt with the dog.
Totally rubbish. PLEASE DONT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY
