Rejected a claim for a 2016 eye infection on the basis that she had previous unrelated eye infections (other eye) in 2011 and 2013 (not resulting in claim)....which had they known about...they would have applied an exclusion to ALL eye cover. Insurer argued was a condition in excess of 365 days.
