Totally agree. I've been with Pet Protect for over 16 years and I've claimed just the once for my 7.5 yr old Boxer.
Just got my renewal through and they've increased the Policy by nearly 50%. They want a staggering £1071.00 and then expect me to pay £100 excess and 30% of the bill on top of that. So for an average bill of £300, I have to pay £200 just to get £100 back.
They've just lost another loyal customer
Yes - shocked at how much my renewal i. Excess doubled, now want to charge 5% if you pay monthly, also have to pay 15% vet fees. DISGUSTING
