All done on line with no hassle. Like the pre-existing clsuse where no longer is pre-existing if no claim for same for 24 months -excellent. Only downside is excesses are quite high especially when based on age of pet. I do hope this level of customer sdrvices remains as I have had poor service from other insurers.
