I was looking for a pet cover for my cat as our previous lifetime policy had almost tripled over 4 years. He has a pre-existing condition that has been symptom free since 2011 and I rate the fact that Lifetime Petcare will cover pets if they have been symptom free for 24 months. We have better cover and are saving 1/3 of the price over our previous insurer, so we are delighted about that. Speedy, personal service was also great!
