It's still early days and I'm yet to make a claim but the process of purchasing insurance from Lifetime Pet Cover has been fantastic. One very friendly chat over the phone to answer a few questions I had and everything else was done online with ease. While on the phone I didn't get any 'hard sell' tactics just clear and informative answers. The price was also very reasonable for the level of cover supplied.
