I have 2 dogs both aged 5., both previously insured with John Lewis.the renewal for My bitch was outrageous nearly double last year!
The reasons they gave were her age and vets are using more sophisticated equipment!
They didnt care when I said I would go elsewhere, very bad service .
I have heard good things about this company and the proof will be in the pudding.
