I have recently covered my two older dogs (10.5 year old Lab and 7.5 year old Border Terrier) with this company. Cover seems excellent, much better that I have found elsewhere, for a cheaper premium. I did most of application on line and then telephoned in with a couple of queries. These were answered by a polite and helpful young man. I changed insurers because my premiums were going up by over 50% despite having no claims during the year. Hopefully this will no longer happen. Well pleased so far.
