Whilst scouring the minefield of pet insurance I came across Lifetime pet cover. Having a couple of queries I Emailed them and promptly received a telephone call when my questions were answered clearly. I decided to proceed and within 30 minuets I received my certificate of insurance together with policy documents etc. Only time will tell if their claims procedure is as efficient but to date I am very impressed. As a bonus,their prices are very competitive for a very complete insurance package for our 4month old cocker. I cannot score them 5
as we have no knowledge of their claims procedure but I am confident they will not disappoint
