Have gone to Lifetime pet cover as we have never made a claim on our insurance for our cross breed English Springer, but our old insurance co put the renewal premium up by 45%. I then spoke to Jade at Lifetime who provided a first class service. I was nervous about going with a new company but my mind was put at ease by Jade. In the next few weeks I shall be asking for a quote for our other dog. Like most things in life we can only hope they are just as good if we have to make a claim, I believe they will be.
