Our westie had a growth removed from his jaw. Histology confirmed likely benign but advised that if there was a slim chance there was any cancerous cells the excision would have been completely curative since the lump was a hysticytoma and the cells do not spread. Vet confirmed this. Animal Friends have now excluded ALL COVER for any growths, tumours or cancers ANYWHERE on my dog. I asked them to speak with the vet who would confirm details above but they refused!
