The only thing I can say about pet plan feel betrayed cheated and robbed we have had to fight with pet plan because they did not pay up despite paying our insurance continuously for 10 years. We have been grieving and trying to come to terms with the loss of our dog . They say when you continuously renew your policy it counts as a new policy and not the continuation of the existing policy therefore we are not paying up.
