I have made several claims since taking out my policy with Vets Medi cover and I have no complaints. They paid quickly with no problems. My dog had cancer and required regular and expensive treatment. The claims reached into the thousands and although my premium did go up it was not by an unreasonable ammount. Unfortunately my dog is no longer with us but I would definitely use this company again if I were to get another pet.
