I had to make two claims in the space of four months, the first claim was plauged with lost information, unable to speak to anyone and rude staff. The second claim was submitted whilst still waiting for the first to be sorted. Unfortunately my pet died as a result of the second illness. Sainsburys were informed, and did pay up, but two months later sent me a letter asking if I wanted to renew the insurance for my (deceased)dog!!!
