Long delays, lost cheques and stressful


We have never had any issue regarding claims during the last 6 years we have had our dog.. However since sainsburys insurance has changed hands every claim has been a struggle .. Either they have not received the claim form from our vets (even though we know this has been sent) or our cheque has been sent but lost in the post, we are currently waiting on 3 different claims for the same ongoing condition for a total £300, yet I have just been told they have not received the claim forms, and for vet to resend ..Again...this is very frustrating .
