I regret ever changing to sainsburys pet insurance from Tesco insurance who had always been great to deal with. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with. I wish I'd read the available reviews before taking out my policy. I've experienced the same non existant customer service and delaying tactics with a claim I made two months ago and I'm still no closer to getting it resolved. Next step is complaint to the ombudsman. I would recommend that you stay away from this company at all costs
