Recently had a claim for my cat who had an ulcer on his eye...e had to stay in to be given drops every 2 hours...they refused to pay all but £100 of his bill (quoting the small print) and have now despite the small amount actually paid excluded his eyes and sight from any future cover!! I will be searching for new insurers
