My Scottie cut her foot whilst staying with my daughter and she paid all vet fees. When i requested a refund , having taken her to my own vets on return from holiday to check the paw had mended they disputed the claim saying she had been to two vets. Intractable!!
What do we pay insurance for when it is so difficult to make a simple claim?
