I have had my two dogs insured with this company for the past year as they were the cheapest around, both are on a lifetime cover, my cavalier king charles recently has been diagnosed with heart problems and I must say they have been fantastic, only a quick email response was needed (due to Lily not having seen the vet for quite sometime)and they paid out straight away and are continuing to do so. absolutely great especially as some of the reviews are dreadful for them! definitely would recommend them.
