WARNING ABOUT THIS COMPANIES 'PER CONDITION RULE'
I bought their basic dog insurance with £3000 vet bills cover only to find out later that this cover is broken into 6 x £500 conditions. When I complained to them they said I should have read the conditions which were somewhere on their website and cancel within 14 days.
Why can't they be upfront about it in the first place !! I bought via compare the market.com and the per condition rule was never mentioned
So £500 minus £95 excess minus policy cost divided by 6,(£15) they only have to stand £390 per claim, which is nothing compared to current vets bills.
Wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole.
