HEARTLESS - NO MORALS

RE: PETPLAN INSURANCE:

I recently had to have my much loved dog euthanized.

I didn't expect to be able to claim for the euthanasia, as I knew that is not covered on my policy BUT after "19" years of her being insured with PETPLAN, I received NOTHING stating that they were sorry to hear about Amy's death (even if they don't care, it should be part of their customer services).
Nor anything to thank me for my continued custom with them, for "all those years".

I realise that PETPLAN is a business, first and foremost BUT to be treated in this heartless fashion, is DISPICABLE.

I shall do my level best, to make sure my family and friends do not use this company.

Are you insane? What did you expect flowers, cards, maybe a bone with "AMY" engraved to mark her passing? Can I assume that during the 19 years the cover was good and therefore you have nothing else to complain about?
