Cancelled my direct debit because policy was coming to an end and wasn't going to renew with them so they cancelled the policy straight away and not at renewal. Who does that

Never claimed, first claim and they refuse to pay out. Saying it’s pre existing when it’s totally different. Always loop hikes. Heard nothing but bad lately. DONT USE! You have been warned.

Started off well £25 a month then year 2 £35 a month by year 3 it was up to £50 a month

Used a comparison sight and pet plan appeared to have everything we needed. Unable to comment on ease of claim as we haven’t needed to make one so far and fingers crossed we won’t.
