Our dog cut the side of her paw badly while out walking. Our claim was dealt with in a very straightforward and efficient manner. Very pleased with the service we received.

Made one claim with no problem for xrays for an elbow issue. Subsequent claims will now be made. Agria don't anticipate any problems with my dogs lifetime cover which renews annually which is good as this issue will affect my girl for the rest of her life...

The monthly premiuns are less expensive than other well known Insurance companies but you do have to pay an extra 10/20 % if you do claim but this I think is why they are able to keep the montly premiums lower so if you dont claim you are saving money...
