Had to put a claim in for one of my dogs was so easy! Agria text me to say they had received the claim and that it normally takes up to 28 days! The claim was settled earlier and we were very happy with the communication from them.

This pet insurance is very good

My puppy became unwell, spent two nights on drip in vets and not at anytime was I worried that I couldn't afford it and that Agria would not pay the claim. Very happy to report happy customer and happy fully recovered puppy.
