This review relates to the pettiness of Napo as an insurance company, and also to the extortionate charges made by vets for medication. It is unbelievable that Napo have deducted a delivery charge of £3.79 from my claim! I paid £89.19 online for 70 tablets, this included a delivery charge of £3.79. I also paid £19 for the prescription charge - £108.19 in total
The vet previously charged me £337.76 for 61 of the same tablets - over three times as much for fewer tablets. Cheaper and easier for me to let the insurance pay out the lot as long as I don't go over my limit for the year! No wonder insurance is so expensive!
