We paid for insurance for the 14 years we had our cat. No insurance claims in that time. When he had a massive thrombosis we rushed him to the vet and had to put him to sleep. The insurance company states they will pay out for injury and death but on claiming for his final appointment they say they do not pay out for euthanasia. I haven’t heard of any other pet insurance company who don’t pay for this. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
