Jumped through hoops to get the claim confirmed , it wasn’t confirmed at the time of surgery due to the woman dealing with it being on holiday.

Not covered for her second surgery on her other cruciate ligament due to it being classed as the same condition even though it’s on her other knee??

Looked on my policy and it has a tiny paragraph saying not covered for bilateral injuries on page 16 of a booklet , did not make it apparent what so ever else I would never of used these for insurance.
