I just wanted to take the time to write to you. In June 19 we welcomed Ronny our Labrador puppy into our home. He very quickly made himself part of the household, from chewing shoes and tv controls to snuggling up beside us on the seat we very quickly fell in love with this bundle of energy and destruction. Our cute puppy had the best personality and goofy smile ever. A few days after we brought him home we had him checked over by the vet who gave him his injections, microchip and a clean bill of health and also thankfully recommended Agria for pet insurance. I spoke with one of your advisors at that time and she talked me through the whole process. I insured Ronny for the £12,500 life cover, not in a million years thinking I’d ever need it but accidents can happen. She was most helpful and to me, apart from the payments, I wasn’t expecting to have any dealings with Agria again until renewal time.

It was with utter devastation that as Ronny grew we discovered he had hip dysplasia. We were so distraught that when we received his initial x-ray results that speech was impossible only tears and the thought of Ronny having to have surgery was beyond comprehension. The whole process was a lot more stressful to me than Ronny who took the whole thing in his stride. We will be forever grateful to Earlswood Vets for his treatment and to Agria for taking care of the claim process. You have kept me updated by email at every step in the process. You were able to deal with my vet directly and I didn’t have any further upset of having lengthy phone calls or paper work to deal with. The claims have been quickly processed and paid directly to the Vets. I cannot thank you enough for taking care of all this for me, without Agria Pet Insurance Ronny would have had a very different outlook. I cannot recommend Agria enough and will happily support any customer reviews.
