Sainsbury’s have just decided to “add” some exclusions to our policy after we sent the claim form in. They said we didn’t tell them all the history...we didn’t tell them anything apart from give them our previous vet’s details so they could get our dog’s history. Incredible!!! Have been paying £80 a month and won’t pay for treatment for ear infection as he previously had a grass seed in his ear!!!!! Which falls under an allergy apparently. Please choose another insurer.
