Terrible, avoid at all costs!

Absolutley, no sense of what customer service is. Each and every time I have submitted a claim, I have also had to raise a formal complaint.

Do not be fooled by the website stating it will only take 5 working days to process a claim, expect to wait 4 weeks at an absolute minimum!

Just a really horrible company to deal with.
