Our dogs have insurance with LV and when submitting a claim it was rejected because of alleged pre existing condition, which we were unaware of. Our vet refuted their opinion but they were adamant that our dog had a pre existing condition although they had not seen or appraised him. Beware do not take out insurance with LV pet insurance. We have had a policy renewal quote which is £150 pounds extra per year per dog. They take your money but do will not pay legitimate claims.
