I had to claim for my Husky Kai last year when she became lame sporadically, After several trips to my vets, referals to bone and joint specialist and finally a 5 day stay in Liverpool small animal hospital totalling £5,500 I had no problems with PetPlan paying for all treatment as well as funding all the investigations. Unfortuantle Kai passed away from her condition as it wasnt identified in time, but I found PetPlan's service to be second to none. I now have a new husky puppy and had no qualms with using PetPlan to insure her too.
