cannot believe the amount of rubbish I have been told
why they wont pay the claim !
Things like we no its not diagnosed, but its a recurring problem, but I was asking them to pay for an x-ray that shows no problem, refused to look at the x-ray or talk to our vet unbelievable company

They are are disgusting company to deal with. Their "teams" consist of idiots and call handlers who know nothing about animals whatsoever. Our vet has just told them that the recent problem with one of dog's ears might not be connected with a previous issue - still refused to pay - it will be escalated to a "complaints" handler - that will be another muppet with no idea about animal welfare. Awful people.
