I had three of my Poms insured with Vetsure. After losing my 2 year old to heart failure vetsure were so understanding and really dealt with the delicate situation with the some of the best customer service I have ever received.

Absolutely disgraceful and appalling!!!
When they were known as bought by many i had no issues my claims were dealt with very quickly, i put in a claim in March 2022 and still waiting for the payout, the call handlers just read of a script they do not...
